On September we had the chance to be in the school of Ocnele Mari in cooperation with Zambete Colorate Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) funded by the youth worker Antoanela Enacache. We organized workshops about nature and sustainability. From 20th of September we worked in both places Ocnele Mari school and we painted the fence of the Ocnele Mari park.

Each student was inspired to make something special for nature. First of all, we started by a simple introduction about nature and as an example we took a forest to be explored by creating hand crafts with leaves and papers. In fact, the children showed enthusiasm and excitement for these handcrafts. In return, we tried to give them what they made in big tableau, as an act appreciation and love to them 😊.
For V-VIII grades students we did activities approch with theire ages in which we did dabetes about plus and minus living in rural or in the city. In this manner, the children were even more interetested in learning the Arabic alphabit letters.
Even though, some of us were quarantine, we managed to fulfill our goal with success. We had great time and we are happy that we helped the community in such involving activity. And that’s exactly what volunteering work does, a simple step of volunteering just will make a better generation!!!
